Mid-Season Additions: Taking on New Athletes!
I work with triathletes, runners, and cyclists and meet them wherever they are in their current training cycle. The goal is to build safely and smartly over time to help each person meet the goals they set for themselves. We come up with a plan to enhance training while still maintaining a healthy relationship with the sport, with work, and with family and friend time.

Sure, having a coach is not for everyone. But it IS for a lot more people than you think. Having a coach is {probably} right for you if:
You enjoy structured training.
You want to get better (whatever that is to you) and are unsure of how to do it.
You are motivate to train.
You need or want the accountability a coach can provide.
You need or want feedback on sessions.
You want someone else to think about building the plan so you don’t have to!
Coaching Update: USAC Certified
In 2018 I dipped my toe into the cycling world. I was amazed at the power that these women could produce! I did well in road races, but lacked in critierums. I learned a lot about tactics and racing in close proximity to other riders! I’ve raced my way up to a Cat. 3 rider. Over the last few years my excitement and passion for triathlon has not wavered, but my excitement and passion for cycling has continued to grow.
Athlete Series: The Start of IM Maryland Training
It wouldn’t be true Ironman training if it didn’t start out with a minor setback right? As Jason was prepping for his initial base training for Ironman Maryland I received a text: “So, you know how I felt fine yesterday? Well I woke up not feeling fine today. I’ve tested positive for Covid”. Okay.
