Endurance Coaching

My goal is to provide the highest level of coaching to every level of athlete. That means your training should be dynamic, because life is dynamic.

The next step in your journey starts here. Whether you are new to sport, or an experienced athlete, coaching will guarantee that you receive individualized attention. Each athlete gains a personal training plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle.

How It Works

  • Step One - We meet! Either in person or via Google Meet to discuss your background, training experience, goals, and lifestyle. Here is when we decide if we are a right fit for each other.

  • Step Two - Onboarding. Here we officially get started by setting you up as an athlete and formulating a game plan to help you reach your goals.

  • Step Three - Training Begins. We’ll determine your baseline fitness and start you on your training journey.

  • Step Four - We Communicate! Perhaps the most important step in your training journey. Here we stay in constant communication throughout your training cycle so you feel confident in your journey and on race day.

$260 per month* + Plus $59 one time set up fee
