What To Do When Tri Season Is Over
The ending of triathlon season should be a joyous time. Don’t think of it as the off-season, but as an opportunity to try new things and exercise in different ways than you could during the peak of race season. He’ll cap off the finish of the Base Phase of training with one more triathlon, Mountain Lakes Olympic in two weeks time. Let’s break down what he’s been up to over the last several weeks.
